          In the R-8 EC edition, while the display is in normal state (not blinking), it allows selecting the Internal or External clock selection
         I (Internal) : Selects the internal clock
        E (External) : Selects the external clock
        The external clock selection is only possible after a successful clock connection is made, otherwise the display will show "Fail" on an attempt to select it.
         While the display blinks, the left "Selector" button allows moving the selection to the left.

Right "Selector" buttons:
         While the display is not blinking, it allows selecting the input source in increasing order.

        "3 - RCA", for the RCA coaxial digital input;
        "4 - OPT", for the optical digital input;
        "5 - IIS", for the HDMI-IIS digital input;
        "6 - USB", for the USB digital input.
In the R-8 MK2 edition, the IN2 BNC input is the BNC coaxial input .
         In the R-8 EC edition , the IN2 BNC input is the external 10MHz 75ohm input port, it need the level 1-3V p-p, it can work with sine and square waves but recommend square wave ,

Setting values

Important warning:
         Before changing the settings, the user is advised to lower the volume and to stop the playback.
         To guarantee the best possible sound quality, this DAC is without a muting function, therefore unwanted sounds can occur while settings are modified.
         After 5 seconds without pushing buttons, the display will stop blinking; the user can then resume music playback and raise the volume to the desired level.

The leftmost and second digit from the left: Oversampling select
         O (OS) : to select the oversampling mode.
         n (NOS) : to select the NOS mode.
         While working under oversampling (OS) mode, the lower the oversampling level is, the warmer the sound will be. The possible values are:
         N0 : New configure NOS setting.
         N1 : basic NOS mode.
         O2 : 2X oversampling.
         O4 : 4X oversampling.
         O8 : 8X oversampling

The 3rd digit:  Simulates the sound of a turnable
S (Simulate) : Activate the phono simulation feature, and we recommend to set the DAC on OS2, OS0 or NOS mode for best results.
          n (Non-Simulate) : Disable the phono simulation.

The 4th digit:   reserved for future use

The 5th digit:    Display auto-dimming setting

2. Settings for NOS1 and phono simulation mode:
       Push the "SETTING" button 1 times, the 1st and 2nd digit will blink, then push the right "Selector" button to set the value to "N1" .
       Then push the "SETTING" button once again, the 3rd digit will blink, then push the right "Selector" button to set the value to "S" .
